Grilled Scallops Salad with Mushrooms and Ratte Potatoes
Ingredients: Yield: 1 Portion

3 Large scallops cut in half horizontally
6 Large mushrooms
6 Slices Ratte potatoes, pre boiled and peeled
Pepper and salt
1 dl. Basic dressing
10 g. Chopped tomatoes
5 g. Chopped herbs
Some olive oil

Method:

Panfry the scallops, and the mushrooms and the potatoes in some olive oil till golden brown.
Take everything out and add the tomatoes, toss and add the dressing. Just before serving add the herbs.
On the plate make six small towers with the scallops the mushrooms and the potatoes. Spoon the sauce all around.
