Crayfish Salad

Green Asparagus, Avocado and Artichoke Salad with Cured and Marinated Crayfish Tails, Vinaigrette with Lind Seed Oil

5 pcs. Green asparagus heads whole, rest cut in sticks
½ Avocados
2 Artichoke hearts (preferably fresh and cooked) cut in 6
6 pcs Crayfish tails
1 dl Basic dressing with additional Lind seed oil
Pepper and salt to taste

For the basic dressing I will provide another recipe in another post.
Lind Seed Oil is a very rich oil holding lots of omega 3 and other natural substances.
Toss all ingredients together and serve in a deep plate with some wholegrain bread.
