This month is the month of celebrations! Beware! It takes a lot of strength not to be tempted by all the goodies that will be available. Just imagine all the cookies, stolen, butter-bread and other nice treats for breakfast, followed by lunch at an aunties table with sausages and mashed potatoes and lots of beer, followed by afternoon tea and cake and this day to be ended with a full 4 course dinner at yet another dinner end of year party… Before you know it you are back to square one.

Good eating and drinking is part of the end year celebrations and yes I will go for it too. At my parents in law’s we will have breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks in between as per Austrian good tradition and I will feel the kilos piling up immediately. SO BE IT!! Sometimes there needs to be room for celebration too. And I will be the last one to spoil the soup!

January will be my detox month! I will see you then back in the New Year 2007!

Happy Celebrations,
And Seasons Greetings,

Wouter
