Tonights dinner will be a succulent Irish prime rib, dry aged.
Fresh butter lettuce heart
Raw mushroom emmince
Panfried mushrooms and green asparagus
Wilted lettuce
Soy, goatmilk yoghurt and chili dressing
I will sear the prime rib in hot butter together with the mushrooms and green asparagus.
When colored take them out, add some butter and panfry the lettuce
In the mixing bowl I have the heart of the lettuce and raw sliced mushrooms
I will combine bot and cold in one
The steak will be sliced in strips and served on a warm plate
The dressing on the side
Wine tip Supreno 2008, sangiovese/merlot
