Tuna loin and Foie Gras Combination with Asian Style vegetable Mix, Soy-Sesame Dressing

Ingredients: Yield: 1 Portion
100 g. Pan fried Tuna loin
30 g. Pan fried Foie Gras
10 g. Thin julienne of carrot
10 g. Thin julienne of celery
5 g. Thin julienne of green onions
20 g. Bean sprouts
10 g. Coriander leaves
Little sesame oil
Little soy sauce
Little fish sauce
