Salad Makki Rolls

These are funny little rolls, looking like Japanese Makki. We use a clean cucumber strip to hold together, panfried and chilled cepe mushrooms, avocado, sundried tomatoes and salad leaves. In essence one can put whatever one likes inside. Enjoy!!
