Salad teasers

Actually classic salad dressings are boring.

That´s what I think.

I personally love to drizzle the meat drippings or gravy over my salad. It ads this extra dimension of seasoning and flavor to the salad that is as such rather.

When I make dressings therefore I tend to add some reduced chicken or veal stock or I use the "deglacage" from my pan after frying a steak or chicken or other meaty product.

Its great as we have in these drippings or this deglaceage everything a dressing needs in seasoning: some saltyness, some sweetness, some greasyness, just perfect!
