Changes that are good for you

Breakfast:
Hazelnuts
Walnuts
Petit Swisse
Dried figs
Dates
Peaches
Apple
Green Tea
Tomatoes with little salt and olive oil

No alcohol
No smoking

Lots of green tea
With mint or fruit

I lost 12 kg already!
