This is a super recipe for a laizy sunday afternoon, with a crisp chardonnay and your done!!

Garden Salad with Crispy Parma Ham and Petit Basque Cheese















Ingredients: Yield: 10 Portions

1 kg. Salad mix, with lots of herbs
200 g. Crispy Parma ham
200 g. P. B. cheese very thinly sliced
3 dl. Basic dressing
5 Apples, in julienne
Pepper and salt

Method:

Mix all ingredients with the dressing and toss, place in the salad bowl and serve.
The Crispy Parma ham is easily made in the deepfryer or in an oven on low temperature. Just let it dry untill its crispy. Note, make sure the slices are thin!
